The role
Are you the person who always knows which creator is blowing up on TikTok before everyone else? Do you love bringing ideas to life, building client relationships and keeping your finger on the pulse of what's happening across social?
We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join Influential, Publicis Groupe's specialist Social & Influencer agency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to work across a portfolio of leading FMCG and consumer brands, supporting the delivery of social and influencer campaigns while learning from some of the industry's best.
Reporting to the Senior Content Director, you'll support the delivery of social and influencer campaigns from idea to execution. You'll research creators, help manage online communities, write engaging social copy, analyse campaign performance and contribute fresh ideas inspired by the latest social and cultural trends.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your confidence in a client-facing agency environment, working alongside talented specialists while developing a strong foundation in social media and influencer marketing.

Day to day, you’ll get to
- Support the planning and execution of social media and influencer campaigns.
- Manage online communities and monitor social conversations across multiple platforms.
- Research creators and influencers to support campaign recommendations.
- Assist with content calendars, copywriting and campaign reporting.
- Keep across emerging social trends and contribute ideas during team brainstorms.
- Collaborate with creative, media and PR teams while building confidence working directly with clients.
You'll thrive in this role if you have
- Around 6–12 months' experience in social media, influencer marketing or a similar role.
- A genuine passion for social media, creators and pop culture – you naturally keep up with what's happening online.
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Confidence using platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
- A proactive, curious mindset and the enthusiasm to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience using Meta platforms and Microsoft Office, with a basic understanding of social reporting and analytics.
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot (or similar) is a bonus, but not essential.
