Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director Belgium & Netherlands, you will play a key role in expanding Expleo’s commercial presence across Belgium. Your main responsibilities will include:
Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients in engineering sectors (mobility, industry, energy, high-tech, etc.).
- Build and maintain a network of key stakeholders (CTOs, Engineering Managers, Procurement, etc.).
- Promote Expleo’s offerings: engineering, testing & validation, embedded systems, manufacturing engineering, digital & data, etc.
Management & Growth
- Develop commercial proposals in coordination with technical teams.
- Participate in negotiations through to contract signature.
- Monitor and analyse the Belgian market: trends, challenges, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Marketing & Visibility
- Contribute to the local presence strategy: client events, trade shows, partnerships, networking.
- Promote the Expleo brand across digital channels in collaboration with marketing teams.
Experience
- Degree from a business school or equivalent (Master’s level).
- Initial experience in business development or B2B consulting is a plus.
- Fluent Dutch mandatory (native or C1 level).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong commercial mindset, and a hands-on approach.
- Interest in engineering, technology, and innovation sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, determination, and a strong drive to contribute to rapid growth.
