IWS Coach – Supply Point Zoetermeer (Full Time)

You will work in a factory setting, close to the Teams, on the shop floor – where real change happens. Our site has over 130 years of history and delivers a real impact on people’s health and lives every day.

What you'll do

•

Be daily visible on the shop floor and coach Teams.

•

Turn data into clear actions and tangible results.

•

Support IWS assessments and drive implementation of DanIWS.

•

Lead continuous improvement and loss elimination initiatives.

About You

Who we’re looking for

•

Experience in IWS (or a similar system built on IWS principles).

•

You can translate data into insights and actions.

•

You build trust and effectively coach people.

•

Experience in manufacturing; experience in FMCG or pharma will be a plus.

Languages

•

English – mandatory

•

Dutch – a strong advantage (your competitive edge)

•

Knowledge of additional languages is also welcome
