Responsibilities
- Quickly establish and maintain high level of credibility and relationships with stakeholders
- Accelerate/Maintain momentum of implementation of established Fox strategic TA processes
- Provide exemplary leadership as defined and represented by Fox Core Values
- Coach & develop TA team members as exemplary leaders who promote Fox Core Values and adhere to principles of “What Excellence Looks Like in TA”
- Cast and promote vision throughout Fox in support of talent initiatives
- Oversee budget and operations of the TA team
- Collaborate with Marketing to build TA employer branding
- Contribute as a member of the Tactical Leadership Team
- Monitor the marketplace and proactively address potential sourcing, recruiting, and staffing challenges
- Provide training and support to hiring managers
- Strategic planning to ensure talent availability in support of Fox growth plans
- Collaborate with departmental and branch leaders in supporting future potential talent and leadership needs
- Assist with design, promotion and implementation of team member development initiatives to boost number of qualified internal candidates for advanced positions and leadership opportunities
- Seek feedback from supported departments for improving processes and results
- Continually assess and improve TA strategic processes for maximum effectiveness and ROI
- Promote effective policy development which promotes growth, invites engagement, and maintains legal and safety compliance
- Maintain an overall knowledge of recruiting best practices and legal compliance

- Expert understanding of assessment instruments and hiring tools utilized in Fox strategic TA processes

Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven leadership excellence
- 5+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the recruiting/talent acquisition arena
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Must be authorized to work in the US
