SharePoint Developer

Overview

This role will support the development efforts of the SharePoint and Power Platform team with support to other delivery teams of integration and collaboration solutions across Microsoft 365. The role focuses on modern SharePoint Online development, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools to build business solutions and automate processes.

Responsibilities

As part of the Global IT development team, you will be responsible for:• Ensuring the SharePoint environments and Power Platform solutions are operational and optimized• Understanding business requirements and proposing SharePoint and Power Platform-based solutions• Structuring and managing development backlogs according to priorities• Developing SharePoint Online sites, custom web parts, and Power Platform applications

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicate with product management teams to gather requirements for further analysis• Design and develop new functionality using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, and Power Automate• Participate in peer code reviews and solution design discussions• Plan deployments and maintain the code and solutions after deployment• Provide support to clients and answer questions / provide training on the developed applications• Report progress and recommend suggestions for improvement across all related products• Deliver product status updates and run client delivery meetings

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS: • 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint development and Microsoft 365 solutions• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and customization best practices• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English

Key Skills: • SharePoint Online (Modern Experience)• SharePoint Framework (SPFx)• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)• Power Automate (Flow)• Power Pages•

• Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and C# [.NET].
• Modern Tools: Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (like React or Angular), Node.js, and modern toolchains (e.g., Heft or Gulp).
• Cloud & APIs: Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure, and REST APIs.
