Equipment Engineer (14328)

As a (Senior) Equipment Engineer, you are responsible for the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of critical production equipment within a high-tech semiconductor environment. You work at a fixed location in Eindhoven (High Tech Campus) and play a key role in ensuring high equipment availability and stable wafer production. You take full ownership of your equipment, driving uptime and reliability (MTBF/MTTR), and collaborate closely with operators, technicians, and suppliers. In this role, you combine deep technical expertise with a proactive, results-driven mindset. The technologies you work on are applied worldwide in areas such as automotive, IoT, and medical innovations.
