Entrepreneur/Salesman/Logistics Manager

This is a founding role, so we are looking for someone who has turned their hand to more than one thing. Maybe you have worked in a warehouse or logistics environment and found yourself naturally drawn into talking to customers. Maybe you have a sales background but you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the practical side of running an operation. Experience in B2B sales, trade distribution, account management, or warehousing and fulfilment all fits the bill. What matters most is that you are energetic, adaptable, and excited by the idea of building something from the ground up. Full training on our systems is provided - we just need you to bring the drive.

This is not a job where you clock in and follow instructions. From day one, you are the person building Stormsure's European operation - managing the warehouse, developing sales, and opening doors with distributors and retailers across the continent. The work is hands-on and varied, the products are trusted by outdoor professionals in over 30 countries, and there is real commission on new business you bring in.
