Description Your goal As Corporate Legal Counsel, you will play a central role in supporting the continued expansion of Marktlink across Europe. A key focus of this role is the legal establishment of new entities and offices in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that our international growth is supported by robust legal structures and governance. In addition, you will advise the business on a broad range of corporate, commercial and compliance-related matters. This is a hands-on and wide-ranging role for a lawyer who enjoys variety, takes ownership and feels comfortable operating in a fast-growing international environment. You will work closely with the CFO and other senior stakeholders across the organisation, as well as with external legal advisors in different jurisdictions.
