This role is responsible for deeply understanding customers, markets, and competitors, translating product capabilities into differentiated value, and enabling sales and regional teams to win consistently. The role acts as a strategic partner to the Product organization and as the voice of the market internally, ensuring product decisions, launches, and messaging are grounded in real customer needs and business outcomes. This role will also help build and mature the global product marketing function at ORTEC. Key Responsibilities Market & Customer Understanding - Develop deep understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, industries, and buying journeys. - Lead continuous market research, customer interviews, and field feedback initiatives. - Act as the internal authority on customer pain points, decision criteria, and value drivers. - Translate insights into clear segmentation, targeting, and prioritization guidance. Positioning & Messaging - Define and own global product positioning and value propositions across the portfolio. - Clearly articulate why ORTEC should win versus competitors in each segment. - Ensure messaging is consistent, differentiated, and sales‑ready across all regions. - Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and competitive dynamics.
