Parts Catalogue Authoring

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update parts catalogues for vehicles across Global and European markets.
• Analyse Engineering BOMs, technical drawings, and engineering data to ensure accurate catalogue content.
• Implement engineering changes, part updates, supersessions, and running changes within the catalogue system.
• Manage and maintain parts information.
• Investigate and resolve customer, market, and logistics-related parts inquiries through detailed technical analysis.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to validate technical updates and part applicability.
• Ensure catalogue quality, accuracy, and compliance with project and company standards.
• Support new vehicle after-sales operations by providing accurate spare parts information and technical guidance.
• Deliver projects with high quality while consistently meeting On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance catalogue efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications

BE Mechanical

Essential skills

Must have good hands on experience in Technical Publications authoringHands-on experience in Authoring Tools, like Adobe Indesign.Good hands-on exp on Teamcenter, BOM.

Basic knowledge of Automobiles.

Knowledge of Service manual / Owner’s manual / Parts catalogue
