Fundraising Development and Compliance Manager

**About the Role**

LiveRing Oy is a Nordic agency specialising in face-to-face sales and fundraising, operating across Finland, Sweden and Germany. We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Development and Compliance Manager to lead the development of our fundraising campaigns and manage airport and regulatory compliance across all our markets.

**Responsibilities**

Lead and develop field fundraising operations in Finland, Sweden and potentially Germany

Manage permit processes, agreements and authority contacts related to airport environments

Recruit, train and coach campaign teams

Develop and maintain compliance processes in line with international aviation authority requirements

Manage relationships with client organisations and stakeholders

Monitor campaign performance and report results to management

Expand operations into new working environments

**Requirements**

Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, field sales or a similar leadership role

Experience in airport environments; compliance experience is considered an advantage

Master's degree in business, international relations, public administration or a related field

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Proven ability to operate across multiple countries and cultures simultaneously

Fluent English; Finnish and Swedish are an advantage
