Join the team at Parrot Key Hotel & Villas as a Housekeeping Houseperson and play an important role in creating the relaxing island experience our guests have come to expect. As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you will support our housekeeping team by delivering linens, restocking supplies, maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, and assisting with the day-to-day operations that keep our beautiful waterfront resort looking its best. Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and other housekeeping supplies to guest rooms and team members
• Restock housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas to ensure supplies are readily available
• Clean and maintain public areas, including corridors, elevators, lobbies, restrooms, and other guest spaces
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and recyclables while maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping service needs
• Assist the housekeeping team with deep cleaning projects, room inspections, and special assignments
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items in accordance with hotel procedures
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure efficient daily operations and an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
