How you'll contribute to our success
- Support end-to-end project delivery, from preparing proposals to designing creative solutions and collaborating with internal experts on people-related challenges
- Contribute to people solutions across HR processes and policies, talent management, change management, and HR information systems
- Help develop and align workforce strategies and HR priorities with clients' business objectives and enabling technologies (including digital and AI-driven tools)
- Use analytical skills to support transformation journeys that reshape organizations, enhance employee experience, improve talent practices, and drive sustainable change
Your skills
- Have completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering/IT (specialized in HR would be an asset)
- Have a prior experience in consulting, either with a first job or an internship, in Human Resources (fresh graduate to 2 years of experience)
- Have a team spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, pragmatism, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have an exposure or strong interest in digital transformation and AI technologies (especially agentic AI and automation in HR)
- Are fluent in English and French. German would be considered as an asset
