Experienced Thai & Wok Chef Wanted – Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Thai & Wok Chef to join our new Asian restaurant in Copenhagen.

This is a key position where you will help lead the daily kitchen operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Asian cuisine, has strong wok cooking skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality food every day.

Responsibilities

•

Prepare authentic Thai dishes and wok meals with consistent quality.

•

Assist in managing the daily kitchen operations.

•

Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.

•

Manage ingredients, stock, and minimize food waste.

•

Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

•

Train and support other kitchen staff when needed.

•

Work closely with management to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as a Thai Chef, Wok Chef, or Asian Chef.

•

Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and wok cooking techniques.

•

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

•

Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.

•

Ability to perform under pressure during busy service hours.

•

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
