Fulltime Cook

We are currently looking for a fulltime cook, who is skilled and passionate about food.

We are looking for a good addition to our team - someone who is great at working by themselves, but also as part of a bigger team, and is ready to take on responsibility, and be a part of a professional work environment.

Requirements for this position

•

Understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•

Flexible when it comes to shifts (holidays, weekends, evenings)

•

Basic knowledge of cooking methods, equipment and things alike

•

Able to contribute positively to the teamwork and keep and maintain good communication

Duties and responsibilities

•

Prepare and cook menu items according to the menu and presentation standards

•

Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during service hours

•

Maintain a clean and organized work space

•

Report faulty equipment or shortages to management

•

Work closely with kitchen staff and contribute positively to the smooth daily operations

•

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

•

Ensure proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels
