Primary Responsibilities

The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations by providing clerical and administrative support to warehouse leadership and the Human Resources team. This position assists with employee communication, documentation, reporting, onboarding support, and general administrative functions while helping maintain productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced distribution center.

Essential Functions

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to warehouse leadership and Human Resources.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation preparation, and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, operational logs, and other department documentation.
  • Support attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll-related administrative tasks.
  • Communicate operational updates and assist with employee inquiries.
  • Complete data entry, reporting, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, training sessions, and other departmental activities.
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Partner with Operations, Human Resources, and other departments to support daily business needs.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
