Job description
Would you like to join an international, purpose-driven organisation and contribute to the continuity of its financial operations during the summer period? We are currently looking for a Temporary Finance Assistant to support the team throughout August and ensure the smooth running of ongoing financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on sales invoices and credit notes (invoice creation handled via CRM)
- Ensure accurate monitoring and maintenance of the accounts receivable (aged balance)
- Prepare documentation for foreign VAT declarations
- Support financial reporting for external tax consultants
- Contribute to the smooth execution of daily financial operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in an international environment
- Degree in accounting or finance (e.g. EPHEC or equivalent)
- Initial experience in finance/accounting is an asset
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Dynamics and/or Business Central is a strong plus
- Previous experience with ESTRO is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and reliability
