Job description

Would you like to join an international, purpose-driven organisation and contribute to the continuity of its financial operations during the summer period? We are currently looking for a Temporary Finance Assistant to support the team throughout August and ensure the smooth running of ongoing financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on sales invoices and credit notes (invoice creation handled via CRM)
  • Ensure accurate monitoring and maintenance of the accounts receivable (aged balance)
  • Prepare documentation for foreign VAT declarations
  • Support financial reporting for external tax consultants
  • Contribute to the smooth execution of daily financial operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in an international environment
  • Degree in accounting or finance (e.g. EPHEC or equivalent)
  • Initial experience in finance/accounting is an asset
  • Fast learner with a proactive mindset
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Dynamics and/or Business Central is a strong plus
  • Previous experience with ESTRO is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and reliability
