Position Summary

Become a part of a dedicated team of licensed healthcare professionals and certified fitness providers who are changing the landscape of injury prevention. At Accelerate Therapy and Performance (ATP), we provide our specialists with autonomy, consistency, and the chance to make real, personalized impacts on the lives of working individuals.

We're currently seeking a Full Time Injury Prevention Specialist to join us in delivering high-quality care and injury prevention services to our grocery store warehousing/distribution client.   • Promote a culture of collaboration and wellness
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized care using proven protocols
  • Efficiently manage time and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
  • Build rapport and foster trust among team members and clients

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications and hold an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification:

  • Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor’s degree
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with an active state license and required degree

Additional Qualifications Preferred

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
  • Confident, professional, and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
