Location: S eton Administrative Offices

Facility: Austin, Texas

Schedule: PRN

What You Will Do

  • Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate competency-based nursing education programs that support clinical excellence across the continuum of care.
  • Partner with nursing leaders and clinical staff to identify educational needs and create targeted learning solutions that enhance clinical performance.
  • Design and deliver evidence-based educational programs, measuring outcomes to ensure learning objectives and organizational goals are achieved.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant for Nursing Professional Development (NPD) initiatives, supporting clinical competency, professional growth, and performance improvement.
  • Manage and maintain competency and performance standards for nursing and interprofessional teams, promoting safe, high-quality patient care and practice at the highest level of licensure.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing

Work Experience

  • Required professional licensure at time of hire.
