**Chef – Peppar Catering & Event**

Peppar Catering operates four restaurants and offers a comprehensive service where we meet our guests needs in all types of situations and occasions.

We provide food solutions from early morning to late evening – whether its breakfast packages for meetings, fresh grab & go options, nutritious lunches, festive dinners, or tailored solutions for larger groups.

Our assignments range from simple and efficient service to high-end, full-scale experiences. This can include everything from conference coffee, mingling food, and street-food-inspired concepts to classic buffets, seasonal menus, themed dinners, and large banquets. We always adapt our food, presentation, and service to the customers wishes – whether for a small group or several hundred guests.

We are now looking for a full-time chef who wants to develop and take responsibility, working closely with our Head Chef.

**About the Role**

You will work with a variety of tasks – from preparation and lunch service to evening events with buffets or plated service.

The role includes responsibility for cooking, quality, and hygiene, as well as close collaboration with the Head Chef, Restaurant Manager, and Head Waiter. Over time, there are opportunities to grow and take on greater responsibility.

**Requirements**

• Experience as a chef and a willingness to develop
• Valid hygiene certificate and alcohol service permit
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and a strong focus on quality

**Meriting Qualifications**

• Experience in catering and large-scale events
• Leadership experience in a kitchen environment
