Harper Auto Wash is a fast-growing luxury car wash platform looking for a hands-on marketing leader to own sales conversion, customer retention, local brand presence, and new-location ramp-up.
This role owns the practical connection between marketing and revenue. Key areas include campaigns, CRM, driveway sales messaging, customer communication, reputation, local partnerships, signage, content, and reporting.
What You'll Own
- Unlimited membership growth and retention
- Driveway sales messaging and conversion rate support
- CRM campaigns, winbacks, customer journeys, email/SMS, and automation
- Local marketing, community partnerships, events, and sponsorships
- Website, social media, SEO, Google Business Profile, and reputation support
- Menu, offer, promotion, signage, and in-store media coordination
- Fleet, family plans, interior cleaning services, and new service launch support
- New-location marketing, grand opening plans, and first-90-day growth ramps
- KPI reporting tied to membership growth, churn, conversion, campaign ROI, and customer experience

Ideal Experience
- 5 or more years in marketing, growth, sales enablement, retail, hospitality, automotive, local services, or membership/subscription businesses
- Experience with CRM, email, SMS, social media, local marketing, reputation management, and campaign reporting
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Strong creative judgment with copy, design, offers, signage, and customer-facing messaging
- Comfortable owning results, not just activity
- Experience with car wash, fleet programs, loyalty programs, or multi-location businesses is a plus

Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000 - $100,000
