Escape the high-volume, double-booked clinic environment and practice the way hand therapy was meant to be. At The Orthopaedic Center in Tulsa, you'll work closely with orthopedic hand surgeons, treat primarily post-operative hand and elbow patients, and deliver meaningful one-on-one care that allows you to make a lasting impact on every patient you see.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred; will consider qualified Occupational Therapists with experience treating post-operative hand and elbow conditions
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About

Compensation: $40 - $50/hr. and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
