Exceptional Fitness Coach Opportunity - Part-time

TheraCORE Physical Therapy and Fitness is seeking a talented Fitness Coach to join our team in Westmont. We are looking for part-time availability: Saturday and/or Sunday + 1 Weeknight (flexible on which evening).

In this opportunity, you will become an extended part of our healthcare team, working in collaboration with our Physical Therapists. Come join our group of extraordinary providers who see the benefit of working for a small practice in a culture of teamwork and communication.

Who You Are

If you are a Skilled, Compassionate, and Team-Oriented physical trainer, we want to hear from you!

Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Skills and Experience:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.)
  • Facilitate fitness training sessions in individual and small group settings
  • Developing fitness programs based upon client needs
  • Coaching clients on their form and functional movement during exercise
  • Learning clients’ medical history for risk prevention
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Enjoys working with a diverse group of people
  • Working within a collaborative team environment
  • Degree in Exercise Physiology (or similar) preferred

Qualifications

  • Must hold a certification as a personal trainer, required
  • At least 2 years of experience working with clients, highly preferred
  • Experience working within a physical therapy clinic is a plus

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $35.00 /Session
