Experienced Plumber – Residential Service

Position Overview

We are seeking a Washington Licensed Journeyman Plumber to diagnose residential plumbing issues and present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who values quality workmanship, customer service, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues

Perform routine maintenance and service calls

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems

Read blueprints and ensure all work meets local code requirements

Communicate findings, solutions, and pricing clearly with homeowners

Present repair and replacement options in a professional, consultative manner

Complete job documentation, invoicing, and payments using ServiceTitan

Collect payments and close out service calls accurately

Guide or oversee apprentices as needed

Attend weekly team and training meetings

What You’ll Bring

Current Journeyman Plumber License

Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations

Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems

Excellent communication and customer‑service skills

Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism

Valid driver’s license

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods

Pushing, pulling, and lifting 50+ lbs.

Use of hand and power tools and required protective equipment

Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Occasional work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces

Exposure to standard residential job‑site hazards

  • Journeyman license is a PLUS!
