Base Salary: $144,212 - $180,135. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans for Primo Brands which address all aspects of the marketing mix including packaging, new product development and launch, renovation, pricing, promotion, market research, advertising, and media. Inherent in this responsibility is working closely with all internal and external functions to translate long-term strategy into highly effective annual marketing and sales strategies and tactics.
  • Lead portfolio initiatives (such as tentpole events, sparkling strategy), from strategy to implementation. Requires strong collaboration with other brand leads to ensure alignment across the portfolio, as well as cross functional partners for support and execution.
  • Drive cross-functional team (incl. Content Lab, Packaging Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) to develop and execute key business initiatives, ranging from new items, renovations and driving demand initiatives; includes high level of collaboration and communication.
  • Participate in Integrated Commercial Planning process, supporting key brand initiative implementation within retail channels
  • Lead monthly brand reviews to analyze and diagnose market share/shipment performance to appropriate leadership and stakeholders. This includes identifying key root causes, trend analysis and developing actionable recommendations
  • Lead and develop Associate Marketing Manager direct report(s).

Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Brand Management for Consumer-Packaged Goods / Beverage industries preferred
  • Brand quarterback: Experience developing brands, managing agency partners and brand planning (commercialization, budgeting & forecasting)
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills: Ability to effectively interface at all levels, and to influence with integrity, especially across functions
  • Effective communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem Solver: Creative thinker with strategic and analytical skills
  • Bias for action: Ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas
  • Exceptional Marketing Fundamentals: Must have strong knowledge of Marketing fundamentals, analytical expertise, and be familiar with syndicated data sources and internal data sources
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory
