Are you passionate about shaping the future of talent? At Gallagher, we’re looking for an Emerging Talent Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll help identify and engage the next generation of professionals, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive in their careers. Your work will directly impact the growth of our organization and the success of early career professionals across the U.S.

How you'll make an impact

As an Emerging Talent Recruiter, you’ll

  • Lead the full recruitment process for early career programs, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Build meaningful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners to create a seamless hiring experience.
  • Represent Gallagher at recruitment events, campus activities, and early talent initiatives, showcasing our values and culture.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely, and thoughtful communication.
  • Collaborate with the Emerging Talent Acquisitions Supervisor to meet program goals and timelines.
  • Ensure data accuracy in our applicant tracking system and contribute to process improvements.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

About you

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has 2+ years of experience in recruiting , ideally with exposure to early talent or campus hiring.
  • Is skilled in using recruiting technologies like ATS and CRM tools.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Brings a collaborative, proactive mindset and enjoys solving challenges.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience supporting structured early career or internship programs.
  • A background in engaging with universities or student organizations.
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and stakeholder reporting.
