Schedule: Day Shift | Full Time
What You Will Do
•
Design personalized care plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic treatments and interventions, documenting every milestone to ensure the entire care team is aligned on the patient’s progress.
•
Adapt and evolve treatment strategies in real-time based on the patient's physical and emotional response to therapy.
•
Prepare patients and their families for a successful transition home by providing clear education, equipment training, and connections to support programs.
•
Guide and supervise the clinical work of therapy assistants and technicians to maintain the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Indiana Occupational Therapy Committee prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Or Temporary Permit obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. If hired with Temporary Permit, must pass boards and obtain Occupational Therapy (OT) credential within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
