We are currently seeking a Drain Technician to join our residential service team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in the plumbing trade. While prior drain experience is preferred, we are open to candidates from related backgrounds who are motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn and grow within the industry.

This position is a great entry point into plumbing, offering the opportunity to develop technical skills, gain field experience, and advance within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential drain cleaning, service, and basic repairs
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving drain and sewer issues
• Support water heater and sewer repair and/or replacement projects
• Respond to plumbing service calls and emergency situations as needed
• Conduct preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
• Install, maintain, and repair pipes, drains, valves, and fixtures

Qualifications

• Prior drain or plumbing experience is a plus, but not required
• Open to candidates from related hands-on roles (e.g., oil change technicians, automotive techs, general labor, maintenance) seeking to transition into the trades
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable handling tools and equipment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability
• Valid driver’s license required
