Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Screen applications and support candidate shortlisting through thoughtful assessment of qualifications and role requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates.
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to facilitate effective recruitment outcomes and positive working relationships.
Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality, efficiency, and responsiveness under changing priorities.
Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction activities to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).

· 1 –3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.

· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferred)

· Strong organizational and administrative skills.

· Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

· Accurate recruitment records and reporting.

· Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
