Overview

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers throughout Central Indiana serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

Position Summary

The Benefits Engagement Specialist is responsible for delivering the total rewards experience for Aspire Indiana employees. This role integrates wellbeing strategy with benefit administration through benefit education, resource navigation, vendor relationships, and providing wellness programs with health coaching. The Specialist works closely with wellbeing and benefits team members to support employee wellbeing and total rewards by providing benefits, resources, and opportunities that enhance quality of life. Additionally, this role may engage with all pillars of PEOPLE Teams to support the employee experience from recruitment through retirement and to ensure strategic goals are met.

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Health Services, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in wellness programming, health education, or benefit administration required.
  • Healthcare and/or non-profit experience with mental health awareness training or service in the behavioral health field a plus.

Certification

  • CHES or CHWC required or the ability to obtain within (1) one year of employment
