Supply Manager-Powertrain

Position Overview

International's Powertrain Procurement Team has an immediate need for a Supply Manager-.Powertrain .

The Supply Manager-Powertrain is responsible for working mostly closely with the Category Managers to support their strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working collaboratively with a cross-functional internal team and International’s supply base to implement the Category Management Team’s (CMT) commercial goals.
• Manage the execution of contract price updates, which involves collaborating with the Category Managers, Commodity Managers and Finance Team.
• Resolve day-to-day supply issues to ensure continued supply of parts to our Production Plants and Program timing.
• Execute RFQs by adding parts to pricing contracts in alignment with CMT strategy.
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Facilitate new supplier onboarding.
• Assist in the resolution of supplier payment/invoice issues.
• Manage pricing contracts for accuracy and information updates.
• Routes agreements within the procurement system for internal review and approval.
• Execute requisitions for supplier purchase orders.
• Orchestrate supplier source change notices to production plant teams for review and system updates.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience

OR

• Master's degree and no experience

OR

• At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience

Additional Requirements

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Desired Skills

• Experience with Ivalua, Peoplesoft, or related procurement software.
