Full Time, Monday - Friday until 28th September 2026
Are you a current Grade 3 Territory Manager looking for an opportunity to widen your experience, network and exposure to new clients, categories and/or channels?

Our dedicated Arla team will champion the Starbucks brand within the Grocery channel by driving sales through agreed distribution, product availability, promotional compliance and incremental displays. This opportunity offers a unique chance to be involved with a high-profile client, allowing you to hone your skills and elevate your professional profile within Avidity.
As a Territory Manager you'll take responsibility for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers within the grocery channel. Day to day you will be helping drive sales based on a solid selling story around our brands and category.
‘What’s in it for me’ I hear you ask?
We recognise that people are the key to our success. You’ll find yourself part of a friendly and supportive team and will always have the opportunity to take ownership of tasks and demonstrate your ideas and initiative. If that’s not enough, we also have endless perks and excellent career development opportunities:
- No weekend working (40 hours Monday to Friday)
- Potential to earn bonus
- 23 days paid holidays (pro rata) + public holidays
- Annual leave purchase scheme - up to 5 extra days per year!
- Company car & fuel card
- Life Assurance
- Access to discounted Private Healthcare
- Company pension scheme
- Family-friendly working policies (such as enhanced maternity & paternity pay)
- Access to our fantastic Employee 'Perks' portal (discounts from a wide range of retailers, gym memberships, leisure activities plus much more!)
- Opportunity to volunteer for our McCurrach taskforces (Diversity & Inclusion; Community; Sustainability; Mental Health & Wellbeing)
- Personal development through our 'Byte' e-learning platform
- Access to Employee Assistance Programme - 24/7 support on Physical, Mental & Financial well-being
- Supportive company culture & values
Putting yourself out of your comfort zone can be daunting, however we highly encourage you to consider this opportunity and to speak to your line manager in the first instance.
