We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead our syndicated Arla & Pernod Ricard team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, multi-client portfolio, driving performance and delivering excellence across both brands.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has experience managing people, ideally within a field sales or FMCG environment, and is looking to further develop their leadership capability within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
In this role, you will lead, coach and inspire a team to consistently deliver against commercial KPIs. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your experience across multiple categories, gaining valuable exposure to different client strategies, ways of working, and go-to-market approaches.

As a Regional Manager your focus will be on performance managing your field team - ensuring delivery of results through field-based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. Ideally, you will have experience of leading a field based team preferably within the FMCG industry. You will also have experience in a client facing enviroment and be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders.
Our field team call on convenience and independent stores, they work with our current customer base and target new customers to increase the presence and sales of the clients products.
Your team covers the North West of the country from Glasgow/Edinburgh, Northeast England, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Stafford, Nottingham and Derby.
You will also be responsible for the following
- People management & team leadership
- Ownership of team performance in delivering agreed objectives
- Training, coaching & development
- Working in partnership with our in-house recruitment team to recruit & retain
- Commercial insight from the field, providing effective and timely reporting
- Developing and enacting joint business plans with the Client to deliver results
