Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

Overview

Our client is an award-winning integrator that provides enterprise solution management and integration services to the Federal Government. They have an immediate need for an Oracle EBS Federal Financials Consultant to work on a project focused on protecting retirement security for millions of Americans. In this role, you will help with the Mass Allocation COTS functionality and work with the client to increase their use of the Oracle EBS functionality for the AP, GL process. The ideal candidate has prior Federal Financials experience, has implementation expertise, and is proficient in communicating with the end clients and getting things done.

This role is based in Washington, DC and prefers onsite presence at least one day per week. Our Federal Government Contract requires candidates to be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders and be able to pass the client’s background check.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements for Oracle Federal Financials.
• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS AP, GL, and Budgeting modules.
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver functional solutions.
• Participate in client meetings to clarify and validate requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Oracle Federal Financials implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal financial processes and Oracle EBS GL, AP, and Budgeting modules.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system enhancements.
• Hands-on experience with system testing and UAT.
• Strong communication, client interaction, and teamwork skills.
• Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders
