MIG Welder

• Weld agricultural implements as required.
• Must be capable of achieving production and quality targets within set timeframes.
• To read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company.
• Ensure all finished products meet required quality and dimensional standards.
• Follow the Company's Health and Safety Procedures.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment at all times.
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime when required.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years' experience in MIG welding procedures.
• Be capable of reading fabrication drawings.
• Previous knowledge and experience using associated welding tools.
• Previous experience in a similar working environment is essential.
• Hold a recognised welding qualification or trade certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining consistent quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing work to a high standard.
