As a Security Officer Truck Gate in Denver, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor entry points, manage access control, and support daily security-related operations. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication to help create a welcoming environment. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by following site-specific access control procedures, checking credentials, and monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, sales floor areas, receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor doors, gates, alarms, and cameras, document daily activity, and communicate clearly with management regarding security-related issues, policy concerns, and/or emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
