Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to support and scale our affiliate and partnership marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in e-commerce, performance marketing, and affiliate program management who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include

• Recruiting and managing affiliate partners and influencers
• Sourcing creators for UGC, paid partnerships, collaborations, and events
• Supporting negotiation of partnership deals and deliverables
• Identifying new partnership and marketing opportunities
• Coordinating collaborations with gyms, wellness brands, med spas, fitness studios, and related events
• Managing affiliate campaign execution, tracking, link management, and QA processes
• Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing ROI through data-driven decisions
• 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnership management
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, GoAffPro, Rakuten, and TikTok Shop Affiliate
• Strong operational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and scaling affiliate programmes
• Hands-on experience tracking and reporting affiliate campaign performance
• Experience with GA4, Shopify, Excel or Google Sheets, and Looker Studio
• Experience with creator outreach and tracking tools
• Experience working with affiliate partners, influencers, and UGC creators
• Experience coordinating partnerships with gyms, wellness brands, beauty, e-commerce, or creator-led brands, including event collaborations
• Professional proficiency in English
• Eligible to work in Pakistan
