Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)

Thornton, CO | Surrounding Areas Pay Range: $45–$60 per visit Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400

Sign On Bonus: Up To $5,000

We are hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-home therapy services for children and young adults with developmental and functional needs.

What You’ll Do

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision

Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development

Support patients in achieving functional independence goals

Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Document care in an electronic medical record system

Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising

Qualifications

Required

Active, unrestricted Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Colorado)

Graduate of an accredited OTA program

Current CPR certification

Preferred

1+ year of pediatric experience

Home health experience
