Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home Physical Therapy services for pediatric patients.

Whether you are an experienced Physical Therapist , a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant , or a clinician passionate about pediatric Physical Therapy , this role offers the opportunity to deliver one-on-one care while helping children reach their full potential.

As a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will play a vital role in improving mobility, independence, and quality of life through meaningful Physical Therapy interventions.

What You’ll Do

Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community

Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (Physical Therapist / PT)

Implement treatment plans under supervision (Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA)

Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence

Support pediatric patients in developing or regaining physical, neurological, and functional skills

Educate and empower families and caregivers for daily carryover

Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners

Develop and instruct home exercise programs

Document all care and services in an EMR system

Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required

Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)

Current CPR certification

Preferred

At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health Physical Therapy experience

Experience working with medically complex children
