Job description
Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Data Entry Clerk opportunity at NDX Affinity located in Louisville, KY.
The regular scheduled hours for this position are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
- Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production. Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
- Performs the scheduling function for each case
- Through LIS enter demographics and customer information
- Print preference notes matching to case.
- Move case into production area.
- Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues
- Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage
- Running, fulfilling and shipping daily customer fulfillments
- Daily stocking of Shipping & Receiving supplies
- Sort paperwork for scanning
- Maintenance duties to include, but not limited to... Change soap in dispensers, Trash removal, Emptying boil out, changing sink traps in production
- Customer service- outbound & inbound calls
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Data entry and computer skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Minimum Education and Experience Required
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Some billing experience, preferred
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used
- Disinfectant process chemicals
- Personal protective equipment as required.
- Office equipment
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
- Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Repeated bending and kneeling
