Now Hiring: Production Manager – Paint & Body Shop

Lead Our Collision Repair Team

We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy Paint & Body Shop. If you're a strong leader with collision repair expertise and hands-on experience using CCC ONE , we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production and workflow for the paint and body departments.
• Schedule repairs and ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process.
• Coordinate with estimators, technicians, parts personnel, and insurance partners.
• Monitor repair quality, cycle times, and shop productivity.
• Ensure repairs meet OEM and company quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate technicians to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Previous experience as a Collision Center Production Manager or similar leadership role.

• Required: Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating and shop management software.

• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and paint operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs and meet production deadlines.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
