Location: 65 Hirsh Road, Houston, TX
Birdie’s is an upscale icehouse offering elevated food and beverage with fresh, high-quality menu offerings. Operated by FreeRange Concepts , a young and growing restaurant group, we are building a passionate team to help deliver on our mission of “Creating Remarkable Memories.”
We are hiring for all Front of House and Back of House positions , including servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, cooks, prep, dish, and support roles.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
- Prepare, serve, or support food and beverage operations
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Food Handler and/or TABC certification required (or ability to obtain)
