Kenwood Dealer Group is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our Corporate Accounting team in Mason, Ohio. What You'll Do
As an Accounting Clerk, you'll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities include:
- Reconciling accounting schedules and accounts
- Reviewing, researching, and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing and maintaining accounting records and documentation
- Providing accounting and administrative support to management and staff
- Performing data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Assisting with special projects and additional accounting duties as needed
- Cross-training in other administrative functions to support business operations
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive dealership accounting or administrative experience
- CDK software experience
- Associate degree, accounting certification, or related coursework
- Strong computer and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
