Warehouse Associate

Restaurant Technologiesisthe leading provider of highly innovative and value-enhancing bulk cooking oil management services to the food service industry.The WarehouseOperations Associateis a key member of our depot team, overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory management, as well as hands-on fleet upkeep—including preventative maintenance, cleaning, loading, and regular calibration. This role is also essential formaintainingfood safety and regulatory compliance through rigorous cleaning and maintenance, while actively supporting workplace safety initiatives.

Shipping,Receivingand Inventory Management 

  • Oversee the shipping of materials to customers, prepare corporatereturnsand supportthe weekly receiving of cooking oil tanker trucks.

  • Oversee the safe receiving of cooking oil tankers. Verifyingload specifications againstCOAs andexecuting the secure connection and removal of tankersin accordance withenvironmental and safety containment protocols.

  • Maintainwarehouse organization: includingaccuratereceiving and reconciliation of orders andinventory, andpartnering with leadership to process corporate repair bins and returns. 

  • Inspect oil samples for contaminants and conduct warehouse inspections to ensurethere areno hazards or deficiencies.

  • Operate a forklift to safely move, load, unload, and stack materials within the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and adherence to all safety protocols.

  • Load fleet vehicles with cooking oil for daily delivery routes.  

Fleet Maintenance

  • Maintain fleet by following weekly(sanitation standard operating procedures) SSOPS, which includescleaningfilters,repairand replacement of hoses,andensuring truck cleanliness. 

  • Conduct regular verification checks on delivery truck flow meters to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.Perform truck calibrations

  • Perform repairs and replacements of pumps and hoses on fleet trucks; manage and handle swappable oil tanks, including lifting and installing tanks, asrequired.

  • If you have a valid CDL, you may be asked to move our DOT regulated trucks within the depot or transport them as neededand conduct routine safety inspections to ensure all units are road-ready and compliant.If you do not have a CDL, you may be asked to move/transport our smaller vans and trucks, as needed. 

Warehouse Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Execute dailySSOPs(Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures) to ensure the depot environmentmaintainssanitary conditions required for food safety standards to prevent contamination of our oil products. Complete relatedfood safetydocumentation and report any deficiencies. 

  • Maintain rigorous depot cleanliness standards through scheduled sanitation of warehouse floors, andcommon areas, whiledocumenting all corrective actions in regulatory logs.

  • Otherduties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Must be21years of age.

  • 2+ years ofwarehouse related job experience. 

  • Musthave a valid driver’slicense.

  • Current DOT medical card or willingness to obtain one(Restaurant Technologies willassist). 

  • MustupholdRestaurant Technologies’ Fleet SafetyPolicyrequirements andmaintaina clean driving record

  • Willing to obtain forklift operatorcertification (training provided). 

  • Mechanically inclinedwithdemonstratedability to work with hand toolsto perform basic repairs and maintenance on fleet equipment and warehouse machinery; comfortable troubleshooting, replacing, and installing parts (such as pumps, hoses, and swappable oil tanks) to support daily fleet and depot operations.

  • Able toefficientlyoperatesmartphonesandhandheld devices to perform a variety of warehouse tasks. 

  • Able to carry a minimum of 50 pounds by hand up to several hundred yards by cart

  • Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out

  • Ability to climb up and down a ladder as high as 20 feet in the air

  • Strong attention to detail,skilled atreviewing documentation for accuracyandidentifyingactionable items

  • Proven ability to set priorities, manage multiple goals, and consistently deliver effective results.

  • Excellent collaborator, partnering with internal teams and delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Highly organized with a strong ability tomaintainorderly work environments and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 3+ years of warehouse related job experience preferred. 

  • 2+ yrs experiencewith shipping,receivingand inventory management.

  • 2+ yrsexperienceexecutingdailySSOPs (Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures)and completing HACCP documentation.

  • 2+ yrsexperience with fleet maintenance, cleaning,calibrationand minor repairs.

  • Previousexperience driving trucks withCDLClass A or B.
