Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, days with some flexibility required
Pay:$19/hour
About the Role
As the Seasonal Field Logistics Human Resources Specialist, you will support HR productivity through administering associate onboarding activities, HR processes and compliance programs
What You’ll Do
Prepare recruiting materials for onsite job fairs
Heavy data entry for interview and orientation sessions
Assist with new hire orientation and benefits orientation sessions
Processes new hire documentation and onsite drug tests
Answers associate questions and/or redirects to AskHR (HR customer serivce)
Enter payroll data and process payroll exceptions
Ensure accurate data is entered into time keeping and scheduling systems
Process termination and final pay to meet state requirements
Set up, maintain and audit personnel files and other relevant HR records
Accurate filing of personnel document
Additional tasks as assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task using multiple applications and technologies
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficiency in computer navigation skills
Basic reading and math skills
Preferred
Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative/customer service
Ability to work as part of a team
Bilingual

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.
Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 9 hours).
Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
Ability to comply with health and safety standards.
Working Conditions
Exposure to noise and moderate but varying temperatures
