As the new project in HPH with the AI Technology, you could be selected into one of the position below:

I. Project Management (01 HC) [JOB DESCRIPTION]

• Plan, manage, and track project timelines, resources, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans when necessary.
• Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across multiple departments including Equipment, IT, Process, and Quality teams.
• Work closely with functional teams to ensure project workflows, system logic, and data flows are properly designed and implemented.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and deadlines." [QUALIFICATION]
• 4 years experience related working experience
• Good english & chinese.
• Bachelor/Engineer graduate. II. AI Engineer (01 HC) [JOB DESCRIPTION]
• Develop and train machine learning and deep learning models to support manufacturing and business applications.
• Design and optimize model architectures such as CNNs, transformers, and other advanced AI models.
• Build data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines for structured, unstructured, and image datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to transform raw data into high-quality datasets for model training.
• Deploy AI models into production environments through APIs, servers, or edge devices.
• Monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, and data drift after deployment.
• Work with process, equipment, and software teams to integrate AI solutions into factory systems and applications.
• Present technical findings and AI insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders." [QUALIFICATION]
• Bachelor/Engineer graduate
• Good english, chinese is in plus
• 2 year experience related, fresh can be accept with good background. II. Equipment Improvement Engineer (01 HC) [JOB DESCRIPTION]
• Monitor and oversee equipment status and performance to ensure stable production operations.
• Analyze equipment alarms and fault data to identify root causes and recurring issues.
• Generate reports and analysis on equipment performance, downtime, and alarm trends.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.
• Support implementation of equipment improvements and optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and records related to equipment status, incidents, and maintenance activities. [QUALIFICATION]
• Bachelor/Engineer graduate with technical field major
• Good english, chinese is in plus
