- Seasonal Restaurant Hostess
Location: Moody Lagoon Restaurant
Friendly, professional hostess needed as the first point of contact for guests.
Key Requirements
- Hostess/customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance, organised, calm under pressure
- Own transport & flexible availability (weekends & holidays essential)
Main Duties: Greet guests, manage reservations & seating, oversee table setups, handle enquiries, support the team.
- Seasonal Restaurant Runner / Service Assistant
Location: Moody Lagoon Restaurant
Energetic team players to keep the restaurant clean and service running smoothly.
Key Requirements
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn (experience advantageous)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, team player
- Own transport & flexible availability
Main Duties: Clear & reset tables, maintain cleanliness, assist waiters & hostess, support opening/closing procedures.
- Seasonal Waiter / Waitress
Location: Moody Lagoon Restaurant
Passionate service professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Requirements
- Previous waiting experience essential
- Strong communication, customer service & upselling skills (especially wine)
- Professional appearance, ability to work under pressure
- Own transport & flexible availability
Main Duties: Take orders, recommend menu items & wines, maintain tables, process payments.
- Seasonal Adventure Golf Supervisor / Assistant Manager
Location: Pirate Adventure Golf, Benguela Cove Wine Estate
Hands-on supervisor for our family-friendly adventure golf facility (potential for permanence).
Key Requirements
- Supervisory experience in hospitality/retail/entertainment
- Good attitude towards children
- Strong leadership, customer service & organisational skills
- Own transport & flexible availability
Main Duties: Oversee operations, manage team, handle guest service, gift shop, course maintenance & cash-up.
