POSITION SUMMARY

We're seeking an experienced Ellucian Colleague technical consultant with hands-on Colleague SaaS experience to optimize information systems for higher education clients. You’ll leverage expertise in Colleague and related SaaS platforms, collaborating with our consultants to enhance system performance and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance and ensure clear communication.
• Collaborate with Ferrilli colleagues to resolve complex issues, improve processes and implement best practices.
• Provide technical leadership for end-to-end Colleague SaaS implementations, from analysis to deployment, including documentation.
• Translate Unibasic processes and re-write in SaaS compliant Envision.
• Assess data inaccuracies and implement corrective actions.
• Run custom data scans and lead and implement decustomization activities.
• Set up clients’ Colleague SaaS Experience and Insights environments.
• Provide training on Saas environments, guiding clients and team members on best practices for adoption, management and optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of support and project deliverables.
• Stay current with industry trends, particularly in Higher Education and Ellucian Colleague SaaS and Ellucian Student.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Ellucian Colleague, including Colleague SaaS
• Proficiency in Ellucian Ethos, Data Connect, Experience, and Insights
• Strong understanding of Colleague data structures/data analysis
• Experience in higher education IT, including SaaS solutions and user training. Strong problem-solving, communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to develop Insights reports
• Ability to build Experience cards
• Ability to support Colleague functional modules
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
