Your role in this journey

You own your region. As Sales Manager for Nouvelle Aquitaine, you are the face of Holidu in your territory and you are accountable for its growth. This role is 80% operational and 20% strategic. You're in the field, on the phone, and in the room every day. But you also think like a business owner: you understand your market, you spot opportunities before they become obvious, and you build a sustainable acquisition engine for your region. Concretely, you will:

  • Own your pipeline end-to-end, from cold calling and prospecting to closing and onboarding new vacation rental owners onto the Holidu platform.
  • Drive field presence with regular business trips across your focus departments (Charente Maritime) to meet owners face-to-face, build trust, and close deals.
  • Build a referral network by identifying and activating local ambassadors, real estate agents, property managers, and other key stakeholders who can bring you qualified leads.
  • Be rigorous in activity tracking and own your numbers: you know where you stand against your quarterly targets at all times.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and contribute to cross-country knowledge sharing within the Holidu sales community.
  • Represent Holidu at local events and help build a strong community of vacation rental owners in your region.
