What You'll Do: As a Mechanical Engineer at Peter Basso Associates, you’ll join project teams working with top architects, contractors, and facility owners across diverse markets - education, healthcare, research, institutional, multi-family, and mixed-use. You will have the opportunity to apply creative solutions to complex challenges and contribute to projects from concept through construction.

What We Are Looking For: We’re seeking well-rounded professionals with the following abilities.

• Collaborate across disciplines to drive project success
• Develop practical solutions using strong problem-solving skills
• Use BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit) to ensure quality and efficiency
• Manage multiple projects, milestones, and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Mentor and delegate to support team growth
• Balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
• Embrace continuous learning and professional development Qualifications:
• Minimum 7–15 years of experience in HVAC design for commercial building systems
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from US accredited university (or proven equivalent experience)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong communication and leadership skills
